What began as a passion for accuracy and client care has developed into a vision on a global stage, thus creating the future of offshore business support.

The journey started with Malay Dalal, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, in his early career, assisting businesses, sometimes small and closely held, in navigating the challenges of accounting, auditing, and tax compliance. He emphasized his commitment to accuracy and the trust given to him by the client, which helped spark a bigger journey beyond his initial scope.

In 2006, Malay founded Progressive Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., a CA consulting practice which earned significant recognition for its dedicated services in fraud control, credit verification and all things compliance, serving key industries such as banking, real estate, telecom, and automotive. PCS created a reputation around integrity and delivery.

With clear insight to facilitate the expansion into predominantly offshore accounting and other operational support, Malay partnered with Prithvi, an authority in global outsourcing, which now has over 20 years of experience in direct client delivery and overseas operational delivery. Together, they established PCS Global, which is now backed by over 700 professionals employed in outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, IT staffing, and payroll service.
